Facing dual problems of growth and impending facilities upgrades, administrators have considered the value of the existing site verses an option for moving to a new location.  Moving is an option; however, through various discussions with stakeholders, it became clear that both staff and families have a true appreciation for the existing campus in Berwyn.  Most would favor either renovating or replacing the existing facilities in Berwyn as necessary to better provide the educational mission.

We helped provide an existing infrastructure conditions report, a space needs assessment, and options for renovations and new construction to meet their future needs.
